What made you choose to come to work at Tronox?

When I was young, I had a passion for instrumentation. Tronox offered me an artisan position when I finished school and they’ve continued to offer opportunities for growth and development ever since.

How would you describe the culture, atmosphere and working environment in your location?

We have a diverse group of men and women of all ages and races working here, but we all get along, understand each other, and have a great working relationship and environment.

How is your team supported?  

The team is always kept informed of what direction the company is taking and the achievements we have made. We’re always given credit and recognized for the role we play in achieving targets.
