Vice President, Integrated Business Planning

Ms. Mei was appointed to her current role in March 2019. She is responsible for a function that connects strategy and execution by translating strategic direction into operational plans and bringing the practical aspects of execution into the creation of the business plan. She also led the development of Tronox’s prescriptive analytics capabilities that support strategic capex portfolio planning and continuously optimize the company’s global network.

Ms. Mei joined Tronox in May 2013. Prior to her current role, she led Global Logistics and Sales & Operation Planning functions. Before Tronox, Ms. Mei held global leadership positions in various industries, including International Flavors & Fragrances, Warner Brothers, DHL and Schmalbach-Lubeca White Cap Packaging. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in demand forecasting, strategic sourcing, global trade compliance, materials and inventory management, customer service and SAP system integration.

Ms. Mei holds a Bachelor of Engineering in International Trade from Shanghai University, School of Finance and Economic, and a Master of Engineering degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
