Tronox and certain of its subsidiaries filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code to address our debt issues while continuing normal operations and, importantly, while continuing to provide customers with quality, on-time products and services. A Chapter 11 filing does NOT mean that Tronox is going out of business. This is a restructuring to address balance sheet issues and legacy liabilities, and the filing does not include operations outside of the U.S., (e.g., those in Germany, Australia and the Netherlands).

We do not expect this to have any impact on our relationship with our customers. We will continue to take and fill orders, manufacture quality products, provide timely delivery and offer unparalleled service to all of our customers.
