TRONOX R-KB-4

This rutile grade is surface treated with alumina, dense silica and zirconia, for excellent lightfastness and weatherability. It is very similar in most properties to R-KB-2; however R-KB-4 differs in its higher level of weather stability. It is particularly recommended for coatings systems requiring high weather resistance plus a balanced profile of all-round properties, such as automotive and marine coatings, exterior emulsion paints, and also exterior plastics, such as rigid PVC.
