Oklahoma City, Aug. 7, 2007 – The Tronox Incorporated (NYSE: TRX, TRX.B) board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A and Class B common stock for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2007.
The dividend will be payable Oct. 1, 2007, to stockholders of record as of Aug. 31, 2007.
Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Tronox is the world’s third-largest producer and marketer of titanium dioxide pigment, with an annual production capacity of 642,000 tonnes. Titanium dioxide is an inorganic white pigment used in paint, coatings, plastics, paper and many other everyday products.
