Oklahoma City, Dec. 15, 2006 - The Tronox Incorporated (NYSE: TRX, TRX.B) board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A and Class B common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2007.
The dividend will be payable April 2, 2007, to stockholders of record as of Feb. 28, 2007.
Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Tronox is the world's third-largest producer and marketer of titanium dioxide pigment, with an annual production capacity of 624,000 tonnes. Titanium dioxide is an inorganic white pigment used in paint, coatings, plastics, paper and many other everyday products.
