Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee
Chaired by Peter D. Kinnear, the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee recommends to the Board nominees for election to the Board based on criteria for nomination as a Director that have been approved by the Board. The Committee also makes recommendations to the Board regarding corporate governance and oversees the evaluation of the Board and management.
