Executive Compensation Committee

The Executive Compensation Committee evaluates and determines the salary and benefits of the Chief Executive Officer and reviews the salaries and benefits determined by the Chief Executive Officer for all other officers of Tronox, recommending to the full Board such changes as it may deem appropriate. In addition, the Executive Compensation Committee determines the incentive compensation awards for all officers and administers the Annual Incentive Compensation Plan, the Long Term Incentive Plan, the Executive Deferred Compensation Plan and the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.
