Wayne A. Hinman, 65, Mr. Hinman served in various positions at Air Products & Chemicals, Inc during his 33 year career, including, President, of Asia, and most recently V.P. and GM of the worldwide merchant gases business. He also has served as an Air Products director on numerous joint venture boards. He is currently serving on the Air Products South Africa and INOXAP boards. In the past, Mr. Hinman has served as a member of the board of directors of American Refuel, Pure Air USA, and Taylor-Wharton Int'l. Mr. Hinman served in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of Captain. He graduated from Belknap College, received his MBA from Virginia Ploytechnic Institute and completed the Harvard AMP program.
