Robert M. Gervis, 51, Mr. Gervis is the Managing Member, Founder and President of Epilogue, LLC, a private financial advisory firm. He also currently serves on the boards of directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC), and Aspen Aerogels, Inc.; is an active angel investor; and is a member of the advisory board for the Center for Law, Economics & Finance at George Washington University Law School. Prior to founding Epilogue, Mr. Gervis served in various senior executive positions at Fidelity Investments. [Mr. Gervis’ experience during his tenure with Fidelity included serving as Chief Executive Officer of an oil and natural gas exploration and production company, Chief Operating Officer of a full-service real estate development and investment company that specialized in the acquisition, design, development and management of high-profile projects in both the United States and foreign markets, Senior Vice President responsible for Fidelity's CDO and structured credit investment division, and Managing Director of a private equity division that invested in a broad range of industries, including technology, biotechnology, real estate, oil and gas exploration and production, and telecommunications.] Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Gervis was a partner at the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He also currently serves on several not-for-profit boards and committees. Mr. Gervis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, a JD from The George Washington University, and is a CFA charter holder.
