Thomas J. Casey
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
60, Mr. Casey currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tronox. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and is a director of Integra Telecom, Inc. He has previously served as CEO and President of Current Group LLC, chairman of the board of Pacific Crossing Ltd., as CEO and chairman of the board of Choice One Communications, Inc., and as CEO and director of One Communication Corp and of Global Crossing Ltd. Mr. Casey was a managing director of Merrill Lynch & Co, and was a partner at Skadden Arps. Mr. Casey graduated with honors from Boston College and The George Washington University, National Law Center.

He also currently serves on the boards of directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC), and Aspen Aerogels, Inc.; is an active angel investor; and is a member of the advisory board for the Center for Law, Economics & Finance at George Washington University Law School. Prior to founding Epilogue, Mr. Gervis served in various senior executive positions at Fidelity Investments. [Mr. Gervis’ experience during his tenure with Fidelity included serving as Chief Executive Officer of an oil and natural gas exploration and production company, Chief Operating Officer of a full-service real estate development and investment company that specialized in the acquisition, design, development and management of high-profile projects in both the United States and foreign markets, Senior Vice President responsible for Fidelity's CDO and structured credit investment division, and Managing Director of a private equity division that invested in a broad range of industries, including technology, biotechnology, real estate, oil and gas exploration and production, and telecommunications.] Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Gervis was a partner at the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He also currently serves on several not-for-profit boards and committees. Mr. Gervis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, a JD from The George Washington University, and is a CFA charter holder.

72, Mr. Hines has been a director since January 2011. Mr. Hines has been a principal of Hines and Associates, a financial management consulting firm since July 2010. From September 2009 to June 2010, Mr. Hines served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of World Color Press Inc. ("Worldcolor") (formerly Quebecor World), a company which provided high-value and comprehensive print, digital, and related services to businesses worldwide. From October 2006 to August 2009, Mr. Hines was a principal of Hines and Associates, and from October 2005 to September 2006, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GenTek, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial components and performance chemicals. Mr. Hines is also a director of Hughes Telematics, Inc and C&D Technologies,Inc. and he is Chairman of both Companies’ Audit Committee. From November 2003 to 2007, Mr. Hines served as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Superior Essex, Inc.
Wayne A. Hinman

66, Mr. Hinman served in various positions at Air Products & Chemicals, Inc during his 33 year career, including, President, of Asia, and most recently V.P. and GM of the worldwide merchant gases business. He also has served as an Air Products director on numerous joint venture boards. He is currently serving on the Air Products South Africa and INOXAP boards. In the past, Mr. Hinman has served as a member of the board of directors of American Refuel, Pure Air USA, and Taylor-Wharton Int'l. Mr. Hinman served in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of Captain. He graduated from Belknap College, received his MBA from Virginia Ploytechnic Institute and completed the Harvard AMP program.

Mr. Quinn became CEO and President of Solutia in 2004 and Chairman in 2006. He joined Solutia in 2003 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Previously, Mr. Quinn was an executive officer of Premcor Inc., at that time one of the nation’s largest independent oil refiners, and Arch Coal, Inc., the nation’s second-largest coal producer. Mr. Quinn was previously a director of Tecumseh Products Co. and serves as a Director of the American Chemistry Council. Mr. Quinn received a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Juris Doctor degree, both from the University of Kentucky.
